Many, many thanks for all of your support so far. The grant results are in: YES, I received a Verge Conference grant, enough to get the shop up and running! Relatedly, I am hiring local artists to create custom art for Mild Regards, and here’s the first card:

The digital card for this month is a birthday / celebration card with art by Sarah Wahlman. Covered in hand-drawn flowers, it says, “oh hey, time to celebrate!” (It does not specify whether you are celebrating their birthday or celebrating the fact that you live far enough away to raise a glass to their absence.) It can also be used as a congratulations card.

Moving forward, paid subscribers will receive a free digital card every month. And as soon as the business license comes through, there will be coupons for both free and for paid subscribers to get your first paper card at a serious discount.
